PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary gear power transmission device having a carrier capable of improving workability and assembling performance, capable of facilitating the assembling of a bearing, and capable of preventing the degradation of a torque transmission capacity of the carrier.;SOLUTION: In the power transmission device for decelerating input power through a planetary gear and transmitting it to a mating machine, the carrier 142 moving in correspondence with a revolution component of the planetary gear is constituted as an input side flange 136 as a first flange part and an output side flange part 138 as a second flange part positioned while having the planetary gear between them, and a flange column 140 integrally formed of the output side flange part 138 and capable of being connected to the input side flange part 136.
