PURPOSE: To keep off the incurring of an angle transfer srror (slippage from the theoretical value of an output turning angle to the input turning angle) due to a variation in errors of distance between pitch circle centers of both external and internal gears, in an internal meshing planetary gear structure. ;CONSTITUTION: At the time of assembling (happening now), both directions between an accumulative pitch error of an external gear and a deflection error of a tooth space are accorded with each other, and further such a basic idea that error phases of an eccentric body bearing hole of the external gear are accorded with each other is realized, whereby an angle transfer error is relieved. In order to realize it, each external tooth of external gears 105a, 105b an eccentric body bearing hole or the like piercing through the external gear are machined at the same time at one time chucking, and it is parallelly moved in the maximum eccentric direction and thereby it is made so as to be assembled. Assembly by this parallel movement is made so as to be able, the number of teeth of both these external gears 105a and 195b and a difference in the number of teeth between the external gear and an internal gear (outer pin 111) both are made so as to be set at integral times of the number of external gear.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
