A method of converting symmetrical code of nonuniformly quatified readings into a simple binary code is based on usage of reference voltages. Tables divided into eight segments on the basis of a rule of quasi-logarithmic quantification are used to reduce the quantity thereof, wherein the values of lower limits of segments, of step of quantification of internal code weight, and of absolute error are represented. A 8-digit output symmetrical code of simple binary code of uniformly quantified reading is stored in parallel in a 12-digit input static register. A sign determining polarity of reading from output of 12-th digit of the input register is forwarded to 8-th digit of static output symmetrical 8-digit register. Determination by dynamic register of one of said eight segments from simple binary code register and fixation of reading binary system in the upper three digits of the output register is carried out by impact of tactic impulses sequence, and overwriting of available number in the segment is carried out in the lower four digits, to form the symmetric code thereby.
