A method for improvement of determination of total content of pigments in goats meat by photometric method at use of milled meat charge and washing deposit with solution of chloracetone is in fact that milled meat charge is poured over with acetone, homogenized, with addition of concentrated hydrochloric acid, with keeping at dark place, following filtration of mix, washing deposit and with measurement of intensity of dyeing in tray by a photoelectric photometer.
