CONDUCTIVE GLUE MIXTURE, FLUORESCENT SCREEN ANODE PLATE AND MANUFACTURE METHOD THEREOF

A conductive glue mixture includes a component A which is 0.1%~28% of the dry weight of the conductive glue mixture and a component B which is 72%~99.9% of the dry weight of the conductive glue mixture. The component A is selected from one or more of SnCl₄, InCl₃, and SbCl₃. The component B is selected from one or more of K₂O•nSiO₂, Na₂O•nSiO₂, (SiO2)n, and Al₂O₃. The conductivity of the conductive glue mixture is improved. The conductive glue mixture is applied to the manufacture of the fluorescent screen anode plate. The life of the luminescent layer can be increased greatly, thereby the life and the light efficiency of the field emission device is increased. A fluorescent screen anode plate using the conductive glue mixture and a manufacture method thereof are provided.
