PURPOSE: A Makkoli fermentation filter is provided to shorten Makkoli fermentation time and to enhance taste and flavor of Makkoil.;CONSTITUTION: A Makkoli fermentation filter comprises: a Makkoli fermentation tank(110) which has a space for fermenting ingredients and is filled with water between an outer tube and an inner tube; and an separation filter(120) which is connected with a Makkoli fermentation tank and separates ingredients into Makkoli residues and liquid. The Makkoli fermentation filter has a temperature keeping device(140) which maintains water temperature at predetermined temperature. The temperature keeping device comprises an evaporation pipe(141) which is mounted to cover the inner tube; and a heater(142) mounted in the Makkoli fermentation tank.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
