PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating Cheongju(clear rice wine) or Makkoli(white rice wine) is provided to easily isolate only Cheongju by rapidly rotating a bottle containing Makkoli.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for separating Cheongju comprises: a case which is selectively opened or closed by a cover(110); a rotary shaft which is vertically mounting at the center of the inner case; and rotation by power of a rotation device; and a rotation cylinder(300) having a circular slot(310). The upper portion of a circular slot is inclined into the inner side. The bottom of the circular slot has a plurality of through hole(311) connected to the outside.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
