PURPOSE: An automatic carbonic acid injection apparatus for draft Makkoli is provided to preserve and always taste fresh Makkoli.;CONSTITUTION: An automatic carbonic acid injection apparatus comprises: a cooling water tank having a Makkoli outlet(60) for smoothly discharging draft Makkoli(80); and an air inlet(22) at the upper side thereof; a carbonic acid supplier(40) for feeding carbonic acid into the cooling water tank; a carbonic acid outlet(10) which is mounted at the upper side of the cooling water tank to discharge the carbonic acid; a pressure controller(42) for automatic injection of carbonic gas according to the gas pressure; and a carbonic acid injection tube(50a)(50b) which is connected between the carbonic acid supplier and cooling water tank.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
