PURPOSE: A down conversion oxide phosphor composition for solar cell is provided to reduce lattice heat comparison to existing phosphor compositions, by using a specific compound of AB_120_19 structure as a host, and to manufacture high efficient thin film solar cell due to the small particle size of phosphor particles.;CONSTITUTION: A down conversion oxide phosphor composition comprises at least one ion among Er^3+, Yb^3+, Tm^3+, Ho^3+, Pr^3+, Mn^2+ or Eu^3+, and AB12O19 stricture. In the AB12O19, A is one among Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba and Ra, and B is one among B, Al, Ga, In and Ti. A manufacturing method of high efficient solar cell using the phosphor composition comprises: a step of manufacturing the oxide phosphor composition; a step of preparing p type wafer which comprises an upper electrode and a lower electrode; a step of spreading the oxide phosphor composition on the surface of the p type wafer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
