UP CONVERSION OXIDE PHOSPHOR COMPOSITION FOR SOLAR CELL CAPABLE OF IMPROVING APPLICABILITY BY COATING NANO-SIZED PHOSPHOR PARTICLES INSIDE PATTERNS, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HIGH EFFICIENT SOLAR CELL USING THE SAME
PURPOSE: An up conversion oxide phosphor composition is provided to remarkably improve light efficiency, and remarkably reduce the loss of transparency by stacking the up conversion oxide phosphor layer on a back electrode.;CONSTITUTION: An up conversion oxide phosphor composition comprises at least one ion among Er^3+, Yb^3+, Tm^3+, Ho^3+, Pr^3+ or Eu^3+, and at least one oxide among ZrO2, TiO2 or HfO2. The manufacturing method of a high efficient solar cell comprises: a step of manufacturing the oxide phosphor composition; a step of preparing p type wafer which comprises an upper electrode and a lower electrode; a step of forming a pattern by etching the lower electrode; a step of inserting the phosphor the oxide phosphor composition into the pattern; and a final step covering a surface, in which the pattern is formed, by a metal pasted.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
