RICE SNACK CAPABLE OF ENABLING USERS TO EAT THE SNACK WITOUT COOKING, A PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF, AND SUBSTITUTE FOOD USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A rice snack capable of enabling users to eat the snack without cooking, a producing method thereof, and substitute food using thereof are provided to produce the snack with minimum processes without using additives.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a rice snack comprises the following steps: roasting rice at 45-60 deg C for 13-17 minutes; passing the roasted rice through a pair of compressing rolls having the gab of 0.2-1mm for compressing the rice, and removing the skin; and separating the obtained rice bran from the roasted rice. Substitute food using the rice snack contains the rice snack, nuts, dried meat, dried fruits, dried and fermented soybeans, or ginseng.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
