PURPOSE: A surgical simulation method and an automatic surgical instrument are provided to operate a bent part and check and correct errors of a 3D medical image in real time.;CONSTITUTION: A medical image pickup unit(30) photographs an image of a surgical part of a patient. The photographed image is stored in a database unit. A display unit(50) outputs the photographed image or stored data to the outside. A data input unit(60) inputs data to the data base unit.
