PURPOSE: Lactarioline A and B are provided to restrain the generation of interferon-γ which is inflammatory cytokine, and to restrain cytotoxicity.;CONSTITUTION: A lactarioline A compound and a lactarioline B compound is respectively in chemical formula 1 and chemical formula 2. A manufacturing method of chemical formula 1 and chemical formula 2, comprises: a step of extracting Lactarius hatsudake by water, C1-2 lower alcohol, or mixed solvent thereof; a step of obtaining n-hexane fraction of the extract; and a step of obtaining a compound by conducting column chromatography into fractions obtained in the above step.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
