PURPOSE: An anti-inflammatory composition containing Lactarius hatsudake extract or fraction thereof is provided to suppress production or secretion of interferon-gamma and to prevent or treat inflammatory diseases without cytotoxicity. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging, immunity enhancement, or inflammatory diseases prevention or treatment contains 0.01-50 weight parts of Lactarius hatsudake extract or fraction thereof as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using water, alcohol of C1-C2, or mixture thereof. The fraction is prepared using normal-hexane, ethyl acetate, normal-butanol, and water in order. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of emulsion, cream, essence, body lotion, body gel, body essence, body cleanser, cleansing foam, pack, or cleansing cream.
