PURPOSE: A jig device for testing an axle housing of a vehicle is provided to prevent a bending deformation of an axle housing when upper and lower loads are applied to the axle housing and easily assemble the jig device. CONSTITUTION: A jig device for testing an axle housing of a vehicle comprises an actuator connection block(9), an excitation shape steel, an upper excitation block(5), a lower excitation block(4), a U bolt/nut(7), a housing spindle fixing block(2), and a cover(3). The actuator connection block is connected to an actuator. The excitation shape steel is fixed to the lower part of the actuator connection block. The upper excitation block is respectively connected to left and right sides of the lower part of the excitation shape steel. The lower excitation block is connected to the upper excitation shape block by using a connection pin. The U bolt/nut fixes the axle housing to the upper part of the lower excitation block. The housing spindle fixing block prevents both end parts of the axle housing from being moved upward. The cover connects the housing spindle fixing block to a lower surface plate fixing block(1).
