PURPOSE: A pencil sharpener is provided to improve the convenience of a user by preventing the dropping phenomenon of the pencil sharpener.;CONSTITUTION: A pencil sharpener is fixed to a desk by using tongs. The tongs are adjusted to the height of the desk.
