PURPOSE: A laser machining apparatus having a water-jet is provided to enhance the precision of a laser machining because a mirror and lens are adjusted by using piezoelectrics.;CONSTITUTION: A laser machining apparatus comprises a laser emitting unit(100), one or more mirrors(200,220,240), a mirror adjusting mechanism, a lens adjusting mechanism(400), a lens, a water-jet(500), a machining completion sensing unit, and a control unit. The laser emitting unit emits lasers(120). The mirrors vertically guide the lasers to a work piece by converting a direction of the lasers. The mirror adjusting mechanism comprises piezoelectrics(620) and adjusts an angle or position of the mirror. The lens forms a focus by concentrating the laser. The lens adjusting mechanism adjusts a position of the lens. The water-jet processes by discharging water and guides the lasers to the work piece. The machining completion sensing unit senses the machining completion of the work piece. The control unit controls the laser emitting unit, the mirror, the mirror adjusting mechanism, the lens adjusting mechanism, and the water-jet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
