A SMALL DUMPLING IN RED-BEAN GRUEL CONTAINING NONGLUTINOUS RICE AND GLUTINOUS RICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Small rice dumplings including non-glutinous rice and glutinous rice, and a producing method thereof are provided to use only rice materials without using starch. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of small rice dumplings including non-glutinous rice and glutinous rice comprises the following steps: mixing 25-50 parts of non-glutinous rice by weight, and 75-100 parts of glutinous rice by weight to obtain the small rice dumplings; and adding 100-150 parts of mixing water by weight, and 1-2 parts of refined salt by weight into the small rice dumplings.
