PURPOSE: An array substrate of an organic light emitting diode and a crystallization method thereof are provided to match a channel direction of a thin film transistor with a major axis of a thermal transition layer and to change arrangement of each signal line.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of firsts and the second signal lines(102) is perpendicularly crossed on a substrate(100). A plurality of TFTs(Thin Film Transistors) is electrically connected to the first and the second signal lines. A plurality of thin film transistors includes a crystallization silicon layer(114"). A major axis of the crystallization silicon layer is parallel to the first and second signal lines. A capacitor and an LED(Light Emitting Diode) are electrically connected to a plurality of thin film transistors.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
