PURPOSE: A high magnification and high distinctness observation apparatus is provided to cope with a condition by confirming image information anytime and anywhere through the share of photographed video information with a user. CONSTITUTION: A compression and modulation codec(10) compresses and modulates photographed video data, and a transmission circuit unit(20) converts the data of the compression modulation codec. A reception circuit unit(30) converts a signal outputted to the transmission circuit apparatus. A demodulation codec(40) demodulates the information modulated in the outputted signal of the reception circuit apparatus. In the case of a permitted user, a user authentication controller(50) outputs a signal transmitted from the demodulation codec to an IP(Internet Protocol).
