PURPOSE: A molding apparatus of three-dimensional glass products is provided to improve precision of the three-dimensional glass products by finely adjusting stroke length of pressure and welding force with numerical control.;CONSTITUTION: A molding apparatus of three-dimensional glass products comprises a column frame(20), a pressure driving unit(100), and a molding unit(200). The column frame is arranged in upper part of a base frame(22). The pressing driving unit is installed in one side of the column frame. A ram is numerically controlled and is pressurized with non-equivalence speed. The forming unit is arranged between bottom part of the ram and upper part of the base frame. A clamping is in preceded for glass materials of target processing object and molding follows after. The pressing driving unit comprises a ball screw, a servo motor, a nut block, and an LM guide unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
