A RAILWAY INTERLOCKING DEVICE AND RADIO BLOCK CENTER OF INTERFACE SYSTEM AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A railroad interlocking device, a communication interface system between the railroad interlocking device and an RBC(radio block center) and an operation method thereof are provided to improve security and reliability by using encryption algorithm. CONSTITUTION: A ground facility site information(100) collects a data of ATP(Automatic Train Protection System) watching automatic train operation. An electronic interlocking system(200) rapidly and safely operates a train and vehicles in a station. A terminal server(400) stores train operation time and operation information transmitted from a train operation management server. A DB interlocking device registers a result of train operation in an RBC observation console(700) and displays on a screen. An RBC(800) authorizes a train moving right to an onboard computer(900) by wired network and wireless network.
