PURPOSE: A construction material of the surface layer of a playground for an all-weather clay court using superfine fibres is provided to reinforce shearing strength by adding superfine fibres to the surface layer of a play ground for a clay court. CONSTITUTION: A construction material of the surface layer of a playground for an all-weather clay court using superfine fibres is composed as follows. 98-99.7 weight% of soil is mixed with 0.3-2 weight% of superfine fibres, and the mixture is formed on the surface layer(4) of a playground for a clay court. The superfine fibres have a denier of 0.1-0.5 and a length of 5-20mm.
