A FACE RECOGNITION METHOD OF MATHEMATICS PATTERN ANALYSIS FOR MUSCLOSKELETAL IN BASICS

PURPOSE: A face recognition method of a mathematic pattern analysis based on a musculoskeletal structure is provided to analyze recognition based on the musculoskeletal structure, thereby securing high reliability for recognition information. CONSTITUTION: A position of a face is detected in an image and automatically extracted by identifying a basic outline. A position of an eye is automatically extracted in the face area and detail information around the eye is detected. A face image is normalized with the eye position and the detail information. Features are extracted by removing external illumination from the normalized face image and statistically revising the face image. An ID of a target having the highest similarity is obtained by comparing a feature extracted based on a musculoskeletal structure with face features registered in a database.
