The invention relates to measurement instruments, in particular to devices for measuring parameters of repose, and can be used to determine the quality, including the homogeneity and flowability, powder materials used in the manufacture of welding flux-cored wires. The technical result of the utility model provides for increased reliability of determining the homogeneity and flowability of powder materials by improving the accuracy of determining the angle of repose of the powder materials. The apparatus includes a base (1), guide columns (2) on which by means of bushes (3) and connecting rods (4) is fixed vertically movable ring (5) fixed therein with a funnel (6). Depending on the type of powder funnel is formed with a taper 9 ÷ 22 °, wherein its inner surface is polished with Ra 0.01 ÷ 0.16 microns. Based on (1) is set the main measuring scale (8) with a vernier scale (9) connected to the plate (10) with one of the bushings (3). Base (1) is mounted on two vertically adjustable supports (11) and one unregulated support (12).
