Proposed machine comprises ladle 16, crucible 1, crystalliser 2 with outer 3 and inner 4 water-cooled molds, crystalliser tilting mechanism 6, cylindrical starting bar 7 with flat, cast billet collector bowl 14 to be mounted on rotary support 16, and pull rolls 13. Basket inner surface has three longitudinal guide plates 15 arranged at 120°. Starting bar head section 8 are provided with three rolls 9, 10, 11 arranged to interact with bowl plates.
