Method for determining three-dimensional information from recorded X-ray image of object in food industry, involves defining planes, and determining whether object is sharply imaged into planes to yield height information of object
Method for determining three-dimensional information from recorded X-ray image of object in food industry, involves defining planes, and determining whether object is sharply imaged into planes to yield height information of object
The method involves receiving a set of X-ray images of an object using a multi-line sensor e.g. multi-line camera, where an image and/or loads of the multi-line sensor are moved relative to the object. A number of X-ray images is superimposed to photo sensors. Sharpness planes are defined, and a determination is made whether the object is sharply imaged into the sharpness planes to yield height information of the object. The object is moved relative to the fixed sensor, and an X-ray light source is arranged above a product. An independent claim is also included for a device for determining three-dimensional information from a recorded X-ray image of an object.
