PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for more effective prevention, treatment, and improvement of cancer by extracting an active ingredient of a leaf of papaya and an active ingredient of a pericarp of Citrus depressa, and by using synergism of both of them, and to provide a method for effectively extracting an active ingredient regardless of whether it is an oily ingredient or a water-soluble ingredient by enzymatic degradation.;SOLUTION: A composition for prevention, treatment, and improvement of cancer contains a component of an extract of a leaf of papaya and a component of an extract of a pericarp of Citrus depressa as active ingredients. In a method for producing the composition for prevention, treatment, and improvement of cancer, the leaf of papaya and the pericarp of Citrus depressa are subjected to enzymatic treatment by a plant tissue degrading enzyme in a high pressure state of 50 to 400 MPa and are subjected to extraction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
