PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instruction manual generation support device capable of supporting a work for effectively generating an instruction manual.SOLUTION: An instruction manual generation support device includes: content information reception means for receiving content information constituting a body of an instruction manual; identification information assignment means for assigning identification information to individual content information in each of predetermined units; structure information reception means for receiving structure information for specifying a layout of the individual content information in the instruction manual; display format information reception means for receiving display format information being a display format of individual content information in the instruction manual; instruction manual generation means for arranging the individual content information in accordance with the structure information, and applying the display format information to the arranged individual content information, the display format information corresponding to the individual content information, thereby generating instruction manual data; and document disclosure means for enabling the instruction manual data to be browsed on a communication network.
