PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vegetable soybean milk yogurt that can breed intestinal microorganisms (probiotic bacteria) to help decomposition and absorption of nutrition, thereby improving an intestinal environment to make the function of the intestines active.;SOLUTION: The vegetable soybean milk yogurt can be obtained by mixing 400 cc of soybean milk with 1g of a fermented, aged and dried powder rice bran paste and fermenting the mixture at 25-30°C for several hours. In comparison with yogurt made from soybean milk, yogurt made from animal milk or skimmed milk powder has a smaller number of probiotic bacteria and is weak to gastric acid and high in probability of dying, and in consequence, it does not reach the intestines. Vegetable lactobacillus yogurt made from soybean milk has many types of probiotic bacteria and reaches the intestines.
