P To provide a fiducial gauge and a method for three-dimensional measurement which enables determination of the three-dimensional positions of measuring object parts separated from each other and with ease and in a short time. PSOLUTION: The fiducial gauge has fiducial parts 2 and 3 which are used for three-dimensional measurements, wherein fiducial points 2b and 3b of which the relative positional relation is known are disposed near the measuring object parts A1 and A2, in relation to a measuring object A having the two or more measuring object parts A1 and A2 separated from each other, and wherein the fiducial points 2b and 3b in a plurality and measuring object points a1 and a2 of the measuring object parts A1 and A2 are caught optically, and the positions of the measuring object points a1 and a2 are determined and based ON the positional relation between the fiducial points 2b and 3b; and the fiducial parts have the three or more fiducial points 2b and 3b provided in gathering.
