PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed a quantitative viscous material normally by defoaming the viscous material, and to distribute and feed the defoamed viscous material evenly.;SOLUTION: A defoaming part A of the defoaming and quantitative feeding apparatus for viscous material comprises: a tank 1 capable of storing a predetermined amount of viscous material and having a long and thin discharge port 2 for discharging the viscous material at the bottom; a defoaming and delivery piping 5 one end of which is closed, and fixedly installed at the bottom of the tank 1 so that a long hole 6 formed along the side wall axially communicates with the discharge port 2; an extension 10 extended lengthwise in the other part of the defoaming and delivery piping 5, and having a delivery port 11 for delivering the defoamed viscous material of a predetermined feeding amount at the tip; an opening and closing valve 15 for suction for opening and closing the delivery port 11; and a screw 8 internally inserted through the defoaming and delivery piping 5 from one end so as to position the tip in the extension 10, and rotatably installed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
