The present invention relates to a method and system for card marketing, wherein the system collects and manages information, from all associated card companies, on the benefits of various member-store financial cards, such as credit and debit cards for use in payments; calculates the quantity of benefits of each card, without discriminating among card companies, with regard to the expenditures of an individual in each member store, wherein the expenditures are divided into financial card, cash, and banking expenditures, then recommends an optimal card having the largest benefits; and connects the individual to an advertisement or leads the individual through the issue of a new card, thus accomplishing effective card marketing.
