Provided is a cell model based on a STAT3 and NF-κB dual-signaling pathway as the target for high-throughput anti-tumour drugs screening. The model is constructed by employing a STAT3-specific binding sequence and an NF-κB-specific binding sequence to establish a reporter-system vector being then combined with an active cell which has constitutive STAT3 and NF-κB simultaneously.
