An electrode pattern structure of a single metal thin-film touch panel is disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the electrode pattern structure of a touch panel is provided with an active region, an inactive region, and a connecting circuit part disposed under the inactive region, and comprises: a plurality of first axis metal sensing electrodes which are formed in the active region and have two or more adjacent sensing electrodes which are electrically connected to each other in a mesh form and disposed in a first axis; a plurality of second axis metal sensing electrodes having sensing electrodes in a mesh form which are disposed in a second axis such that they are alternated with the first axis metal sensing electrodes in a longitudinal direction; a first metal interconnection electrode part which is formed in the active region and the inactive region, and extends from a pair of the sensing electrodes of the first axis metal sensing electrodes to the connecting circuit part; and a second metal interconnection electrode part which is formed in the active part, and connects the plurality of second metal sensing electrodes in parallel to extend to the connecting circuit part.
