While obtaining student height data in the adaptive scale (4), the seat surface marks required for the student with said height to sit at a school desk of any height can correspondingly be obtained, and the school desk height matching the corresponding student height can also be obtained. With the adaptive scale (4) provided on the school desk, the standard seat surface height corresponding the school desk can be obtained according to the student height; and with the adaptive scale (4) provided on the school chair, the school desks relative to various heights, and the student height corresponding to the school chair can be obtained, or the height of the school chair can be adjusted to adapt to various student heights.
