PURPOSE: An organic fertilizer for blueberry cultivation and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to smoothly provide as additional fertilizer and to manufacture in short time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of organic fertilizer for blueberry cultivation comprises the following steps: (S1) adding water to 30-38% of rape seed cake, 17-19% of cotton seed meal, 17-19% of bone meal, 10-11% of acid soil, 10-11% of soybean cake, 4-5% of sulfur, 3.5-4% of rice bran, 0.25-0.5% of microorganism ferment bacillus and 0.25-0.5% of fermentation active microbe and obtaining a mixture having the percentage of water content of 40-45%; (S2) depositing the mixture on top of a water bath and covering heat insulator on top of the mixture and fermenting for 5-10 days and repeating the agitation 5-6 times at 50-65 deg. Celsius; and (S3) hanging out the fermented mixture in 10-15cm thickness and controlling the percentage of water content in the mixture as 15-20% through natural drying for 3-7 days.
