PURPOSE: A specimen pre-processing device and a specimen pre-processing method are provided to separate and concentrate most of analyte included in a specimen without changes of specimen properties, thereby accurately analyzing the specimen.;CONSTITUTION: A specimen pre-processing device comprises a specimen purge unit(20), a vacuum measuring system, a stirring unit(22), a specimen collection unit(10), and a specimen injection tube(57). The specimen purge unit separates analyte from a specimen has flowed in. The vacuum measuring system measures pressure in the inside of the specimen purge unit. The stirring unit stirs the specimen in the inside of the specimen purge unit. The specimen collection unit is connected to the specimen purge unit and collects and concentrates virtual analyte separated from the specimen purge unit.
