PURPOSE: A device for controlling the tension of a center diaphragm of a differential pressure sensor and a method for manufacturing the differential pressure sensor using the same are provided to apply tension to a center diaphragm by the movement of a pressurization moving body after fixing the center diaphragm to first and second fixing jigs, thereby controlling the tension depending on the movement of the pressurization moving body.;CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the tension of a center diaphragm of a differential pressure sensor comprises a first fixing jig(210), a second fixing jig(220), and a pressurization moving body(230). The first fixing jig supports one edge surface of the center diaphragm. The second fixing jig supports the other edge surface of the center diaphragm. The first fixing jig is fixed to the second fixing jig so that the center diaphragm can be fixed. The pressurization moving body is installed in the second fixing jig to be moved toward the first fixing jig. The pressurization moving body pressurizes an inner portion of the edge of the center diaphragm, thereby controlling the tension of the center diaphragm.
