PURPOSE: A medical handpiece is provided to prevent a suck back phenomenon due to pressure difference between the inside and outside of a head.;CONSTITUTION: A medical handpiece comprises a main body (110), an impeller (120), an air inlet (130), an air outlet (140), and an air discharge controller (150). The air inlet is formed in the main body and supplies air to the impeller. The air outlet is formed in the main body and discharges the air supplied to the impeller. The air discharge controller controls discharged air according to the pressure of the air and includes a discharge pipe (152) formed with holes (152a), a piston (154) inserted into the discharge pipe, and an elastic member (156) for controlling the movement the piston.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
