PURPOSE: A high-water content containing material drying system using an air compressor and a drying method using the same are provided to improve heat efficiency because materials to be dried are dried by passing through dry air without direct heating.;CONSTITUTION: A high-water content containing material drying system comprises a drying chamber, a dried material transfer unit(20), first, second, and third heating devices(40,42,44), an air compression device(50), and a circulating pipe(30). The drying chamber comprises primary, secondary, and tertiary drying compartments(10,12,14) which are successively connected. To block the air current of each drying compartment, the drying compartments are separated to perform a separate drying process. The dried material transfer unit continuously transfers dried materials from the primary drying compartment to the tertiary drying compartment. The first heating device heats air and supplies the heated air to the tertiary drying compartment. The second heating device heats the air discharged from the tertiary drying compartment and supplies the air to the secondary drying compartment. The third heating device heats the air discharged from the secondary drying compartment and supplies the air to the primary drying chamber. The air compression device compresses the air discharged from the primary drying compartment in order to condense steam, and supplies the dried air to the first heating device. The circulating pipe connects individual devices, and is used as an air current passage.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
