PURPOSE: A hot air and vacuum drying system is provided to achieve improved efficiency of drying operation and shorten a drying time by performing first and second drying processes in a vacuum drying furnace and a third drying process in a hot air drying furnace. CONSTITUTION: A hot air and vacuum drying system performs a drying operation by a first drying step of disposing a transformer phantom constituted by a winding and an iron core in a vacuum drying furnace, and drying the phantom while maintaining the vacuum drying furnace at a vacuum state; a second drying step of adjusting the size of the phantom in consideration of the size of an insulation material contracted by the first drying step, and drying the phantom in a vacuum drying furnace; and a third drying step of disposing the phantom in an outer case, assembling a cover, and drying the phantom by using hot air in a hot air drying furnace.
