PURPOSE: A ground heat exchange pipe with a net type spacer is provided to easily insert a tremie pipe without a twist by obtaining an sufficient space between a supply tube and a geothermal heat tube. CONSTITUTION: A ground heat exchange pipe with a net type spacer is installed at a first pipe and a second pipe(1,2) which are inserted into a bore hole(5). The ground heat exchange pipe with a net type spacer comprises at least two supporters, a link, and a through-hole(100). The supporters are coupled with the first pipe or the second pipe or are extended to combine the first pipe with the second pipe. The link connects between the supporters. The through-hole is formed between the supporters and the link. The supporters include the first supporter and the second supporter which are individually extended from the either side tangential direction of the first and second pipes. The link comprises a cylinder link which includes an inner hollow part between the first supporter and the second supporter; and a side link which connects the cylinder link and the supporter. A coupling groove is formed on the surface of the first and second pipes, the supporters, and the link. The first coupling part is mounted on the inner circumference of the coupling groove. A second coupling part is included in the end of the link and the supporters. The first and second coupling parts are detachably combined.
