PURPOSE:To reduce wasteful heat loss to improve the space heating effect by forming bores directly in a wooden flooring or a flooring block or penetrating a heat medium circulating hose through a joint. CONSTITUTION:Both sides of a floor member 1 have a bored structure of a projected mold 2 and a recessed mold 3 so that the floor member is meshed with an adjacent floor member. The bore depth of the recessed mold 3 is deeper than the height of the protrusion of the projected mold 3 by a space in which a pipeline for a heat medium enters. In a case where a space is produced between the pipeline 4 for the heat medium and the floor member 1, engineering works are effected by filling the space with a filler 5 having an excellent heat conductivity. Further, in order to improve the heat transfer from the pipeline 4 for the heat medium to a surface 6, a substance having a good heat conductivity such as a metal or the like is embedded into or pasted to the tip end 2' and the upper surface 2'' of the protrusion 2 and the inner surface 3' and the upper end surface 3'' of the recessed part 3.
