The panel (1) has front and rear plates (2, 4) made of glass. A heating element e.g. heating film or resistive layer (3), is placed on an internal surface of the front plate, where the film has metallic wires inserted in a polymer film. The plates are spaced from each other to provide an isolating space (5) between the element and the rear plate. A joint (6) is placed at the periphery of the panel to ensure sealing between the plates. Spacers (30) are placed in zones on both sides of the layer. The thicknesses of the plates and the layer are 4mm and 200 nanometer, respectively.
