PURPOSE: An assembling device for a substrate transfer roller and an assembling method thereof are provided to improve productivity by being mechanically assembled to stably fix a plurality of rollers to a rotary shaft by compression.;CONSTITUTION: An assembling device for a substrate transfer roller comprises a main body(100), a table(110), a pair of support rods(130), a plurality of unit fixing jigs(2), a pair of operation bars, a plurality of unit transfer jigs(3), a pressurization member(4), a driving device(5), and a safety cover(140). The safety cover comprises a receiving hole(141) to stably accommodate or discharge a rotary shaft(10) which is temporarily assembled with a plurality of rollers(11) in a cradle groove of the unit fixing jig or the unit transfer jig using a first coupling pipe and a second coupling pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
