PURPOSE: A bio-glass powder by ultrasonic energy synthesis and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance cell adhesion capability and multiplication capacity by using ultrasonic energy synthesis. CONSTITUTION: A bio-glass powder is composed of SiO2, CaO and P2O5 as main components. The bio-glass powder is synthesized by ultrasonic energy synthesis in which hydrothermal synthesis is added, and has amorphous nano-powder glass structure. 45-60 mole% of SiO2 and 24-36 mole% of CaO are included in 100mole% of the main component. A manufacturing method of the bio-glass powder comprises the following steps: dissolving calcium nitrate, diammonium hydrophosphate and sodium silicate solution in water as initial materials; adding the ultrasonic energy to the dissolved powder and sintering microwave; and washing, filtering, drying and incinerating the amorphous powder with ionized water.
