PURPOSE: A multifunctional roofing material is provided to improve the luminance of a surface and reduce light glare using the shaped of a polycarbonate layer and to reduce noise due to raindrops.;CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional roofing material (10) comprises a polycarbonate layer which is a predetermined thickness of polycarbonate panel. The multifunctional roofing material is repeated with concave and convex pats by turns in order to diffuse incident light onto the roofing material. One side of each concave and convex part is formed with the two-dimensional array (100) of a plurality of protrusions to diffuse incident light onto the roofing material.
