PURPOSE: A soy sauce for making soy sauce-seasoned crab is provided to ensure excellent functionality and to delay spoilage of the soy sauce-seasoned crab. CONSTITUTION: A soy sauce contains pine sprout lee and a pine spout concentrate. The soy sauce additionally contains the concentrate, red pepper, Japanese apricot, soju, or ginger. The soy sauce contains 20-60 parts by weight of the pine spout concentrate based on 100 parts by weight of pine sprout lee and 20-50 parts by weight of soju. A soy sauce-seasoned crab is made using the soy sauce.
