High Efficiently Light Extractable Glass Substrate and Manufacturing Method thereof

PURPOSE: A high efficiency light-extractable glass substrate is provided to randomly form a plurality of nano or micro dimples and to simply and cheaply enhance photo extraction efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a high efficiency light-extractable glass substrate comprises: a step of dipping a glass substrate in an etching solution containing fluorine ion for one second and 10 minutes and randomly forming nano or micro dimples on the glass substrate; and a step of etching the glass substrate. A mask or a film is applied on one side of the glass substrate.
